    Co-founder

    UNE YEA received her MA in Accessory Design from the Royal College of Art, where her graduation collection was featured as the finale of the RCA show. Her work is known for its conceptual sharpness and avant-garde visual language. Prior to establishing STAFFONLY, she worked as a menswear designer at Armani’s Milan headquarters. As Creative Director, she oversees the brand's visual narrative, creative storytelling, and product development. Her vision anchors the aesthetic identity of STAFFONLY.

    With a background in science and engineering, CORY CHENG brings over 15 years of experience in fashion brand operations and consulting across domestic and international markets. As CEO, he is responsible for overall brand management, business operations, and product strategy, ensuring the alignment of creative direction with sustainable growth.

    Graduating with a BA in Womenswear from the London College of Fashion and an MA in Menswear (with distinction), SHIMO ZHOU gained industry experience at houses such as Alexander McQueen and Erdem.
